In the past few years I have won several national awards for my woodland images taken in relatively obscure areas for photography. If you would like to photograph some of the ‘hidden gems’ of the woodlands of the Highlands, this could be a perfect workshop for you.
These are highly flexible workshops, and our precise choice of location will depend on the weather conditions, and your fitness and photographic experience levels. The main areas we focus on are the Caledonian forests of the Cairngorms, Glen Affric and Torridon, along with smaller areas of beautiful ancient woodland around Inverness and the Black Isle.
I am on hand to provide as much or as little photographic tuition as you require. If there is a particular style of landscape photography you would like to concentrate on or improve, I am happy to help guide you in that direcion. I will also provide advice on image processing and post-production.
